Michael Jacksons Kids
Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have made a self-imposed blackout of Conrad Murray’s trial  … TMZ has learned.

Sources frankly connected to the kids tell TMZ … the Michael Jackson manslaughter trial is just too painful to find again — especially for Prince and Paris, who witnessed the demise of their dad firsthand.

We’re told Katherine is relieved the kids don’t have the kind of curiosity that would drive them to the screen, especially after prosecutor David Walgren showed the body of Michael Jackson in the initially graphic during opening statements.

We’re told Katherine was miserable and disturbed the shocking photo was showed at all.

It’s unclear — and unlikely — the kids will be called as witnesses, but as we previously reported, Prince is willing to take the stand.

Mel Gibson’s
Hanukkah movie is in distress — TMZ has learned, a further company is currently making their own Judah Maccabee film … and they’re racing to beat Mel to the punch.

Sources close to the production tell us, the untitled Judah film — by producer Bruce Nash and writer Scott Abbott — was quick-tracked once news ruined that Mel was putting together his own Maccabee homage.

We’re told Nash believes Mel is the incorrect person to helm such an vital Jewish tale — telling friends, the Hanukkah tale should be told by someone who has respect for the Jewish community.

As we previously reported, Mel’s been rising his J Macc film for 10 years — and sources tell us Nash has been working on his for 15. Nash doesn’t have a shoot date yet, but the race is on.

Casey Anthony’s legal team tells TMZ they will fight the judge who just rejected their claim that Casey served her probation for check fraud while she sat in jail during her murder trial … and if they lose Casey will have to return to Florida in 11 days.

Anthony was sentenced to 1 year’s probation for her 2010 check fraud conviction.  The judge who sentenced her said in court the time Casey spent in jail would not count toward completing probation, but the peacefulness the judge signed mistakenly allowable Casey’s probation to run concurrently with her time in the pokey.

A judge ruled on Friday that the judge who sentenced Casey clearly made an innocent mix, and it wouldn’t make sense to allow Casey to get credit for the time she was in jail.  After all, the top of probation is to test how a person behaves when they are in the real world, not while they’re locked up with few opportunities to misbehave.

But now her lawyers tell TMZ they will appeal Friday’s ruling.  If they win, it would mean Casey would get a huge break — her probation would already be completed — because of a technical error.

Casey’s lawyers say if they lose their appeal …. they want her to serve her probation in a state other than Florida.

TMZ spoke with Cassandra Sanchez – Sean’s longtime supporter — who tells us she arrived to Miami Beach with a further female supporter to ride jet skis with Sean and his buddy on Saturday evening.

Sanchez tells us, “Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at
the same time and we were going so quick we just blasted past them. When
we turned a corner and crashed … they were so far behind us they didn’t
even see us crash.”

Sanchez says … as Sean was racing towards the bridge, she screamed out, “We can’t fit
under there! Are we going to try and go under there?  Sean stop!”

Sanchez tells us … she believes Sean tried to turn away from the bridge at the last minute … and
lost control because they were going “REALLY quick.”

The next thing Sanchez remembers is waking up in the water in pain. Sanchez says her friends on the other jet ski raced over and tried to help out … with Sean’s buddy tiresome to position the injured singer so he wouldn’t swallow any more water. They all signaled for help until a boat came to the scene to help out.

Sanchez says, “[Sean] was coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff” … and when he finally opened his eyes, he kept repeating the terms, “I’m
hurting. I’m hurting”

Sanchez says her ribs and her jaw are still sore — but overall, she’s OK.

As for Sean, Sanchez says “They have a tube down his
throat so he can’t really talk, but he is cogent and understands what’s
going on.” Sanchez says doctors plot to keep Sean in the hospital for “a couple more weeks.”
