Rare white Christmas graces Texas panhandle

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) – A light dusting of snow in north Texas delivered a rare white Christmas to this deficiency-stricken state, but the majority of the state was seeing mild weather on Sunday. Snow showers glassy parts of the Northeast as well, with snowy road conditions cited as a factor in a two-vehicle traffic crash that left four men dead in the town of Palermo, Maine, on Sunday.
