The drag queen who shante’d his way to the championship on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 2 was arrested in Georgia this week … all over a teeny, tiny package … of weed.
According to the Gwinnett County Detention Center, 23-year-ancient James Ross — best known by his fabulous alter-ego Tyra Sanchez — was arrested Tuesday night for being in possession of a tiny amount of marijuana … less than one ounce.
Officials tell us Ross was allowable to sashay his way out of jail the following day after posting bond.

8:25 AM: According to the police crash, obtained by TMZ, Ross was a passenger in a Chevy Impala that had been pulled over for having illegal window tint.
The officer claims he could “smell an odor of raw marijuana” — and conducted a search of the car. The officer claims he found “baggy green leafy material consistent with marijuana” inside the vehicle … so he arrested both Ross and the driver for weed possession.
