Arnold Schwarzenegger concedes he’s Mildred “Patty” Baena’s baby daddy, but TMZ has learned there was NEVER a DNA test establishing paternity.
Multiple sources with direct knowledge of the baby saga tell TMZ … Arnold never demanded a DNA test. We’ve also learned Baena never took steps to establish paternity through DNA.
As for why Arnold was so sure he was the father … our sources say Baena’s husband was not even in the United States when the baby was conceived. He returned to the U.S. just days before the boy was born.
By the time the boy was a toddler, it became “physically obvious” that Arnold was the dad, one source says. In fact, we’re told several members of the Maria Shriver/Arnold Schwarzenegger staff sometimes confused Arnold’s youngest son, Christopher, with Baena’s child.

Courtney Love has been ordered to fork over more than k to her two former maids — after allegedly stiffing them out of their hard earned paychecks for years.
TMZ has learned … Love’s former maids — named Miriam and Myriam — scored a huge victory in Beverly Hills court … after proving Love never paid them for cleaning up her pad several years ago.
The judge now ruled Love must now kick out ,632.45 to Mirium and ,137.27 to Myrium … totaling ,769.72 in wages, penalties and interest.
A rep for Love could not be reached for comment.

Wanna be Pauly Shore’s assistant? Well, you’re probably out of luck — because one of the main job requirements is you have to love his movies … AND be damn good at math.
Pauly recently went on the hunt for a new right hand man — and required each candidate to fill out a VERY extensive questionnaire … and TMZ has obtained a copy.
Shore — star of such cinematic masterpieces as “Bio-Dome” — asked prospective assistants, “Are you a fan of Pauly? If you are, be very specific – tell some of your favorite Pauly Shore movies/shows/moments?”
It also appears Pauly wants to exploit his assistants connections — asking, “Who are the top three people that you know in the industry that you can get on the phone immediately?”
Among the other highlights …
– Do you have access to interns/PAs that would occasionally work under you for free?
– Being that you would be Pauly’s assistant, you would know every little personal thing about him … so he would like to know everything about you. So please tell us information about yourself.
And our favorite question on the sheet … “Do you have a background in mathematics?”
Eventually, we’re told someone was actually hired for the job.
Side note – Shore was also in “Encino Man” … and that was kinda good … right? Weezin’ the juice? Anyone?

The son Arnold Schwarzenegger had with his housekeeper, Mildred Patty Baena, was totally unaware he had a “Terminator” for a father … this according to a new report.
Baena kept the 13-year-old boy in the dark, says the New York Post, and neighbors say he even referred to Baena’s current boyfriend as dad.
The paper says Baena’s secrecy over paternity ran so deep, her own sister didn’t even know until this week. That’s strange, because some of Baena’s friend who have spoken with TMZ tell us they’ve know for a while.
As TMZ first reported, Baena didn’t list Arnold as the father on the child’s birth certificate … instead putting the name of her husband at the time. But when Baena filed for divorce, she contradicted the birth certificate by saying her husband was NOT the daddy.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the birth certificate of the boy Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered … and he’s not listed as the father on the birth certificate.
As TMZ reported, Mildred “Patty” Baena — who worked as a housekeeper/assistant for Arnold and Maria — is the mother. She listed her then-husband, Rogelio Baena as the dad.
Baena used a different last name on the birth certificate — Pena.
The boy was born on October 2, 1997, which now makes him 13. He was born at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank, CA.
