The time has come — weeks after a jury found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, Dr. Conrad Murray will learn his fate today … when Judge Michael Pastor finally hands down his sentence.
Murray
faces a maximum of 4 years in prison — but as we previously reported,
even if Pastor throws the book at him … he will not spend a single day
in prison because of a new California law, which requires non-violent felons to serve their time in county jail.

AEG Live’s Co-CEO Paul Gongaware just took the stand … telling prosecutors Michael was the one who demanded 21extra shows.
* Gongaware claims the initially 10 shows sold out nearly instantly and Michael wanted to add a further 21 bringing the total to 31.
* Gongaware says Michael was obsessed with beating Prince’s record of 21shows at the O2 arena.
* He said even after selling out 50 shows, there were still 250,000 people waiting for tickets.
