American Idol season 10, year 2011 episode preview for April 27, 2011. Tonight starts “Carole King Week” on American Idol. As the title suggests, the top 6 contestants will sing anything from Carole’s music library. Including predictions is kind of pointless, so I won’t place any here. Now that Stefano Langone is gone, we are down to 6 contestants. (Jacob Lusk, Haley Reinhart, Casey Abrams, Lauren Alaina, James Durbin, and Scotty McCreery.) This should be an appealing show tonight, since Carole King’s music is nearly unknown to me. I am excited to see how it goes. Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds is going to join Jimmy Iovine in mentoring the contestants tonight. Miley Cyrus meeting Lauren Alaina is also going to be shown, which I am also looking forward to.
