Inland ” American Idol ” contestant Andrew Garcia made it through another results night Wednesday. Garcia, a 24-year-old musician and stay-at-home dad from Moreno Valley, sang the Rolling Stones’ “Gimme Shelter” Tuesday night to mixed reviews from the judges of the hit television show. Randy Jackson called the performance “pitchy everywhere,” while Ellen DeGeneres said it was his best yet.
