Gloria Allred and a famed lesbian rights activist will hold a news conference Monday to protest people who are urging children not to watch Chaz Bono on “Dancing with the Stars.”
We’re told there will be dance and viewing parties across the country with transgendered individuals and their supporters on September 19 — the night of Chaz’s debut — and Gloria will dance with every transgendered person who wants to dance with her — but only at the L.A. party.
The news conference will be held at Gloria’s office at 10:30 AM PT. Of course, we’ll nutbush (a form of line dancing) right over there.

Russell Armstrong’s family is watching tonight’s “Real Housewives of Beverly HIlls” season premiere with extremely critical eyes — and is prepared to take legal action … depending on what they see.
Ron Richards, the attorney representing Russell’s parents … tells TMZ, the family wants to make sure nothing that “would make Russell look bad” airs in the highly anticipated premiere episode.
TMZ broke the story … shortly before his death, Russell told a friend he was concerned about his negative portrayal on the show. Bravo has said it was doing some re-editing due to Russell’s death … but didn’t specifically mention the premiere episode.
Richards says the family will explore legal options if they see something they don’t like tonight.
Tiger Woods wasn’t the only living creature whose life was ruined on that fateful night in November 2009 — the tree he crashed his Escalade into has been murdered … TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the tree tell us … new neighbors moved in recently and began remodeling — and one of the first things they did was tear down the infamous oak tree.
The construction company that did the job tells us the tree was in bad shape ever since the crash — and even though the new neighbors knew full well the tree’s place in history, they decided to get rid of it anyway.
And don’t think the tree will be showing up on eBay anytime soon — it was NOT saved, it was simply trashed.
We’re told a new tree will be planted soon, but in the meantime … there’s a Porta-Potty in its place.
Symbolic of where Tiger’s career has gone, don’t you think?
A proud military veteran is demanding an apology from Soulja Boy — after the rapper posted a video saying, “f**k the army troops.”
Soulja ignited a wave of controversy this week over his new song, “Let’s Be Real” — which includes the lyrics:
“F**k the FBI and the army troops … fighting for what? Be your own man … … I’ll be flying through the clouds with green like I’m Peter Pan.“
TMZ spoke with Fred A. Flores — a retired Marine who is now a commissioner for the L.A. County Veteran’s Advisory Commission. Flores tells us, “It’s a very offensive statement … especially with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up.”
Flores — who has two children currently serving in the military — calls Soulja “Ungrateful” … adding, “He should apologize to ALL armed forces.”
“[The rap] is very irresponsible,” Flores stated … “especially for a person who is an entertainer for the youth of our country.”
