TMZ has obtained a copy of the L.A. County Coroner’s crash … describing the scene when Russell Armstrong’s body was exposed on August 17 … and it is extremely graphic.

Evan Rachel Wood took a serious shot to the face last night in Europe — in the form of a wild elbow that in fact KNOCKED OUT one of her teeth … TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Wood tell us, the actress was hanging out with some friends in Paris — and chose to hit up some local spot with music and dancing.
We’re told one of the dancers at the establishment got a small baggy with the elbows — and fortuitously connected with Wood’s mouth, knocking out a tooth … and giving her one stout lip.
Wood — who’s traveling the world to promote her new movie “Ides of March” and her HBO miniseries “Mildred Pierce” — will continue on the tour … but sources tell us she’s already meeting with a dentist to get a replacement tooth.
FYI — it’s Evan Rachel’s birthday today. Pleased birthday!!!

Oakland Raiders title-holder Al Davis believes Al Michaels secretly blames him for planting a FALSE news crash about Michaels cheating on his wife a while back … and suggests that’s the REAL reason Michaels blasted him on TMZ over the weekend.
After the NFL announcer RIPPED Davis … mission him a terrible title-holder who’s doubtless gonna die soon … Oakland Raiders P.R. Director Mike Taylor gave the following statement to TMZ:
“We have no thought what Michaels was blathering about. I do remember Michaels being associated with an ultimately bogus crash about adultery and other misdeeds and he plotting Al Davis had something to do with it. Al Davis had nothing to do with it.”
“During the recent Raiders/Saints announce, Chris Collinsworth place Michaels in his place when Michaels was speaking about the Raiders. John Irritate did the same thing when he was in the booth with Michaels.”
“We do not know what started this.”
FYI — The “crash” Taylor is referring to was a radio station prank back in 1997 … and as Taylor keen out, there was NO TRUTH to the notion that Michaels ever committed adultery.

Leo O’Brien — the actor who played Bruce Leroy’s small brother Richie in 1985’s “The Last Dragon” — was rushed to a hospital days gone by after being shot TWICE in broad daylight … TMZ has learned.
It all went down in Harlem, NY when a gunman opened fire on the 40-year-ancient actor at 11:50 AM — striking O’Brien once in the stomach and once in the left arm.
Witnesses called 911 — and after O’Brien was transported to a nearby hospital, cops arrested a 50-year-ancient male suspected of pulling the trigger.
Law enforcement sources tell us … the suspect was booked for attempted murder and criminal possession of a firearm.
TMZ spoke with O’Brien who tells us he recognized the shooter — but he has NO IDEA why the man would open fire on him.
O’Brien adds, “In life, sometimes sh*t happens … but I’m alright and doing best.”
Sho ’nuff.

Anthony Michael Hall was arrested by one of his neighbors — after allegedly going on a loud and violent tear around his Westside L.A. condo complex.
TMZ has learned Hall’s neighbor made a citizen’s arrest after the actor allegedly tore up plants, yelled at people in the complex, and pounded on doors.
One of the neighbors called LAPD — and when officers showed up … demanded they arrest Hall — best known for roles in 80s teen flicks like “Weird Knowledge.”
Hall was booked on suspicion of disturbing the peace, and released shortly after midnight.
