Another HUGE addition to the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute concert … TMZ has learned Jamie Foxx has signed on and will perform LIVE in Wales at the October show.

Foxx joins Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo, Smokey Robinson and others who are set to perform at the Oct. 8 show.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ … show organizers are pumped up about Beyonce’s performance — and insist she did NOT pull out, despite a report to the contrary.

We’re told B is recording a “unique, never before seen performance” that will be played at the show … just as she committed to do.

T.I.’s wife tells TMZ, prison officials are trying to make an example out of her husband by dragging him back to prison — targeting him simply because he’s a famous rapper.

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle tells us, "It’s important that the world know how unfair he’s being treated on such minor charges … all because he’s T.I."

According to Tiny, T.I.’s the victim of a vicious double standard — "There are way more dangerous and carefree [celebrities] that get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way."

Tiny adds, "Our family needs [him] … and because of someone’s personal vendetta against him, we have to watch our kids’ sad faces everyday when he still doesn’t show up at home."

T.I. — who was hauled back to prison last week on his way to a halfway house — is scheduled for release in a few weeks.

File under ironic and interesting …  Mel Gibson is producing a movie that triumphs the Jewish struggle against tyranny … a movie about the greatest Jewish hero of all time.

Mel’s publicist Alan Neirob tells TMZ …  Mel is teaming up with screenwriter Joe Eszterhas — who wrote the Jewish-themed movies “Betrayed” and “Music Box” — to produce a movie about Judah Maccabee, the Jewish warrior who defeated the Greek-Syrian armies in the second century B.C.

Mel — who famously directed the arguably anti-Jewish “Passion of the Christ” in 2004 — has signed on with Warner Bros., which won out over several other studios that wanted the project.

Neirob says Gibson has been working on the Maccabee project for a decade, but now it’s about to become real.

T.I. was hauled back to prison because prison officials believed he had people from his reality show on the bus that took him to his halfway house … this according to official documents obtained by TMZ.

According to the incident report, when T.I. was released from prison on August 31, he was under specific instructions to be transported to his halfway house — where he would serve the remaining 30 days of his sentence — but he could ONLY travel with his wife … and he wasn’t allowed to conduct business on the bus.

But prison officials say T.I. also had his manager, along with 2 VH1 producers on board.  Prison officials believe T.I. and his crew were yakking about his reality show as well as a book — a violation of the rules.

The VH1 producers and T.I.’s manager have submitted letters claiming they were not conducting business, but prison officials didn’t buy it.

Chaz Bono will make a splash on “Dancing with the Stars,” but people who have known her and him well tell TMZ … it may be more like a belly flop.

Our sources say … as a woman Chaz had NO rhythm, and there’s no evidence any of Chaz’ recent changes improved the situation.

The people we spoke with were very surprised Chaz agreed to the DWTS gig, but say it’s more about making a statement than the dancing itself.

On the bright side, our DWTS spies tell us Chaz is well-liked among the professional dancers and contestants — “a very cool dude,” one source says.

Evan Rachel Wood took a serious shot to the face last night in Europe — in the form of a wild elbow that actually KNOCKED OUT one of her teeth … TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Wood tell us, the actress was hanging out with some friends in Paris — and decided to hit up some local spot with music and dancing.

We’re told one of the dancers at the establishment got a little loose with the elbows — and accidentally connected with Wood’s mouth, knocking out a tooth … and giving her one fat lip.

Wood — who’s traveling the world to promote her new movie “Ides of March” and her HBO miniseries “Mildred Pierce” — will continue on the tour … but sources tell us she’s already meeting with a dentist to get a replacement tooth.

FYI — it’s Evan Rachel’s birthday today. Happy birthday!!!

Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis believes Al Michaels secretly blames him for planting a FALSE news report about Michaels cheating on his wife a while back … and suggests that’s the REAL reason Michaels blasted him on TMZ over the weekend.

After the NFL announcer RIPPED Davis … calling him a terrible owner who’s probably gonna die soon … Oakland Raiders P.R. Director Mike Taylor gave the following statement to TMZ:

“We have no idea what Michaels was blathering about.  I do remember Michaels being associated with an ultimately bogus report about adultery and other misdeeds and he thought Al Davis had something to do with it.  Al Davis had nothing to do with it.”

“During the recent Raiders/Saints broadcast, Chris Collinsworth put Michaels in his place when Michaels was speaking about the Raiders.  John Madden did the same thing when he was in the booth with Michaels.”

“We do not know what started this.”

FYI — The “report” Taylor is referring to was a radio station prank back in 1997 … and as Taylor pointed out, there was NO TRUTH to the notion that Michaels ever committed adultery.

Leo O’Brien — the actor who played Bruce Leroy’s little brother Richie in 1985’s “The Last Dragon” — was rushed to a hospital yesterday after being shot TWICE in broad daylight … TMZ has learned.

It all went down in Harlem, NY when a gunman opened fire on the 40-year-old actor at 11:50 AM — striking O’Brien once in the stomach and once in the left arm.

Witnesses called 911 — and after O’Brien was transported to a nearby hospital, cops arrested a 50-year-old male suspected of pulling the trigger.

Law enforcement sources tell us … the suspect was booked for attempted murder and criminal possession of a firearm.

TMZ spoke with O’Brien who tells us he recognized the shooter — but he has NO IDEA why the man would open fire on him.

O’Brien adds, “In life, sometimes sh*t happens … but I’m alright and doing better.”

Sho ’nuff.

Anthony Michael Hall was arrested by one of his neighbors — after allegedly going on a loud and violent tear around his Westside L.A. condo complex.

TMZ has learned Hall’s neighbor made a citizen’s arrest after the actor allegedly tore up plants, yelled at people in the complex, and pounded on doors.

One of the neighbors called LAPD — and when officers showed up … demanded they arrest Hall — best known for roles in 80s teen flicks like “Weird Science.”

Hall was booked on suspicion of disturbing the peace, and released shortly after midnight.
