1st runner-up: Morgan Woolard of Oklahoma
2nd runner-up: Samantha Casey of Virginia
3rd runner-up: Jessica Hartman of Colorado
4th runner-up: Katie Whittier of Maine

AP – A 24-year-ancient woman from Michigan recovered after nearly stumbling in her evening gown and beat out 50 other women to take the 2010 Miss USA title on Sunday.
